Industry Standards and Selection Points for Drying Equipment

Dec 12, 2025

When selecting drying equipment, it is necessary to comprehensively consider material characteristics (heat sensitivity, viscosity, particle size), production capacity requirements (usually calculated per hour, such as 100-5000 kg/h), and energy consumption indicators (specific energy consumption 0.5-3 kW·h/kg of water). For example, a circulating steam oven is suitable for small to medium-scale drying of materials with low heat sensitivity, while microwave drying is more suitable for the rapid processing of high-value products.

Precautions
Temperature Control: Overheating may cause material denaturation, so a precise temperature control system (±1℃ error) is required;
Moisture Exhaust: High humidity environments need to be equipped with a condenser or dehumidifier to prevent secondary moisture absorption;
Safety Protection: Steam ovens need to be equipped with pressure relief valves, and microwave equipment must have leakage shielding (standard ≤5 mW/cm²). Currently, our store carries these types of products. Circulating steam ovens are efficient and reliable, provide thoughtful service, and are safe and environmentally friendly. They can be customized to meet various requirements as needed. Please contact us for more information.
