Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: According to different machine requirements, Generally, it is 7-30 working days after all detailed information confirmed and received the deposit.
Q: Can you offer oversea service?
A: Yes, we have agents in many countries and overseas installation and training services can be requested for a fee. Alternatively, you can receive free guidance and training from our technical engineers via the Internet.
Q: How about the guarantee period?
A: Our products come with a one-year warranty, excluding spare parts subject to wear, such as cutters, belts, heaters, and electronic components. Over the years, we have continuously improved the durability of our machines, from structure to function. Many of our long-time customers continue to order SaiWo machines after using them for five to ten years. You can enjoy full technical consultation and maintenance services.
Q: What's the payment term?
A: We accept payment by T/T. Usually a 30% or 50% deposit is required, and the balance is paid before shipment.
