Working Principle of a Charcoal Making Machine
1. Pyrolysis Reaction: Biomass raw materials are decomposed into solid charcoal, liquid wood vinegar, and gases at high temperatures. The charcoal making machine releases moisture, volatile substances, and combustible materials by heating the raw materials, forming wood vinegar and flue gas.
2. Carbonization Reaction: The solid charcoal produced by the pyrolysis reaction is further heated, causing physical and chemical changes to form charcoal. The charcoal making machine volatilizes impurities and moisture from the solid charcoal by controlling the temperature and oxygen supply, thus forming high-purity charcoal.
